Paint Splatter Cupcakes

At first I was a little skittish about taking these on....I had seen this post for inspiration and wasn't sure it would be as simple as I originally thought.

Then, my wise friend said, "Mindy, just make a mess!!"

I'm quite familiar with a good old-fashioned kitchen/frosting/chocolate mess so that gave me the confidence boost I needed.

And now for the close up of the well-posed cupcake....

I didn't even have to clean up the cake board!


Fun, creative, slightly messy and colorful!?!? Now that's what I call art!!
